We thank you for your business and want to you to be satisfied with your HOMARTIFACTS purchase!   In some cases we can accept returns, and in some cases we cannot.  Here's why...

Personalized Items:  Sorry, in NO circumstances can we accept returns on personalized items.  Once we've printed something with your name, well, it's literally yours!

Items Marked as "No Returns"* in the item description are not eligible for return.  All sales are final on these items.

Other Items:  Other non-personalized items can be returned within 10 days.  Customer (that's you!) is responsible for return shipping expense and a 20% restocking fee.   Please note that for over-sized items shipping may be $100 or more, so we recommend you purchase carefully.  Customer credit less 20% stocking fee will be applied upon receipt at our factory and after inspection for damage.  Any damage to an item will not be refunded.

Damage:  We take care to ensure your package arrives safely, but damage can occur in transit. If you receive an item and you notice any damage to the outside container, photograph the damage to the box and then inspect your item for damage.  If damage has occurred to your item, email your order # and the photos of the damage to us at customerservice@homartifacts.com.   We will promptly refund your order and file a claim with the shipper.  Do NOT ship the item back to us.  We kindly ask that you hold on to the item so a UPS inspector can evaluate the damage and clear the package for return.  Sorry, we cannot replace items or file claims on items damaged from use in your home or accidents.
